eMobility Use Case: Federal Clinics from Salzburg
Learn more about the federal hospitals of Salzburg and how they have built up their charging infrastructure and thus met the needs of different user groups with the best service possible.
The non-profit Salzburger Landeskliniken (SALK) equipped five sites in the province of Salzburg with charging stations. The main challenge was to respond to the needs of 3 different user groups and to give them access to the charging infrastructure: visitors of the hospital patients, employees charging their private EVs and employees who need to charge the fleet of SALK. The infrastructure had to respond to the following requirements:
- access for the employees of the hospital via RFID card to the charging network of SALK
- monitoring of all charging points by the headquarter
- access for the eFleet drivers via RFID card to the hospitals charging infrastructure
In this use case you will find more information on the solution, its challenges and the implementation process.
