First and foremost, all customers and users of be.ENERGISED can rest assured that we do not expect any restrictions or failures caused by the Corona pandemic. Our platform is not at risk. be.ENERGISED is set to run smoothly – even in these difficult times. Should, against all expectations, problems occur, the support team remains available 24/7 and is eager to competently assist you in your requests.
Action Plan Implemented With Immediate Effect: New Regulations for Home Office, Meetings, and Travel
The health of our employees is of paramount importance. Therefore, all employees – without exception – have been afforded the opportunity to work from home. Employees, who were not able to satisfy technical requirements for remote working, were fully equipped with the necessary technology at short notice. Consequently, the decision was made to cancel all appointments with external parties, or to conduct them via virtual communication channels. This also applies to internal company meetings to ensure maximum protection for our employees. It goes without saying that it is currently not advisable to travel abroad or domestically – therefore we are currently unable to attend personal meetings.
Support of Volunteers – Employees Offer Assistance
True to the company’s motto of promoting voluntary work to an extraordinary degree, we continue to do so now – especially in such difficult times, when many people are dependent on help. All employees who volunteer for aid organisations (especially the Red Cross) are released from work in a paid capacity for their duties within the framework of the respective emergency service.
